A step by step guide on how to register your Vodka entry.

Register your first Vodka entry

STEP 2

Pay for your Vodka entry

Fill out the entry and payment forms online. They will only take a few minutes to complete.

STEP 3

Pack up your samples

Pack up your samples with a copy of your entry form. We need two bottles for each category you enter and one for bottle design.

STEP 4

Send your bottles

Send your bottle to us with a brief description of your product including: company name, brand name, product name as you would like it published, alcohol percentage, and state and region.

STEP 5

Hang tight!

That’s it! Once we receive your samples, our expert judge panel will review them and share their evaluation.

Please ensure your products are packed securely.

All entries must be labelled with the submission ID number which is located in the Registrations tab. Submission ID can be a sticker or tag affixed to each bottle. We require two (2) 700ml bottles of each entry in each category or three (3) 500 ml or less bottles. For bottle design entry, only one (1) bottle is needed.

Entry Fees

Regardless of category, the fee is $200 (exc. GST) for each entry.

Only credit card payments are accepted through our payment gateway Stripe.

You will not be able to submit an entry without payment. Every submission will receive a confirmation email which will include a summary of your entries and payment.

Terms & Conditions

Entries are only accepted on a completed online entry form with the appropriate entry fee.
Each entry fee is $200 plus GST
If an entry is withdrawn by the due date, the entry fee will be returned subject to an administration charge of 50%. Products will be made available for collection at the entrant’s expense. If the products are not collected within eight weeks of the due date, the organiser will retain them. The due date is the entry deadline.
If an entry is withdrawn after the due date, no refunds will be given. This includes entries for which the products have not been received.
Payment in full is required before judging commences.
Substitutions of entries is possible but needs to be communicated to the Australian International Vodka Awards prior to the due date.
The judges’ decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The organisers may, at their discretion, refuse to accept an entry.
The organisers may alter the closing date for the awards, place an entry in the most appropriate style, rule that an entry may not compete or is ineligible to compete, or alter the date, time or place on or at which the awards are scheduled to take place.
The judges have the power to disqualify any entry not deemed as meeting the entry criteria.
Please note, bottles are unable to be returned unless the entry is withdrawn.
Entries are open to Australian and International producers.

All products must be commercially available.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure correct details are provided.
There is no limit to the number of entries per producer.
All entries become the property of Rum Revolution Pty Ltd once submitted.

Rum Revolution Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for, and will not pay for, any freight, loss or damages. Under no circumstances will Rum Revolution or its employees be responsible for the late, non-delivery or mis-delivery of any entries.
Late deliveries will not be accepted.
