Cody was born and raised in Queensland and has a deep connection to Australia’s native flora and fauna, which continues to influence his approach to spirits. For the past decade, he has been based in London, creating gins and vodkas for the Portobello Road portfolio and working with a variety of UK bars and restaurants. He is now a distiller at Beefeater, where he also serves on the quality control panel, tasting and evaluating spirits daily to ensure the highest production standards. Cody brings both technical expertise and creative insight to the judging panel.
