Ben has spent over a decade at the forefront of Auckland’s cocktail scene, developing a strong reputation behind the bar and within the wider hospitality industry. His career has seen him compete in and judge numerous cocktail competitions, bringing both technical skill and creative flair to the table. Beyond the bar, Ben has played a key role in building a cocktail manufacturing brand, applying his deep understanding of flavour, balance, and production to a broader commercial context. Most recently, he joined the committee for the New Zealand Spirits Awards, where he continues to contribute his expertise to the growth and recognition of high-quality spirits across the country.
