Adam’s journey into distilling began as a child when he crafted cider from an apple tree in his parent’s garden. His passion for homebrewing flourished, even when it was considered unfashionable, leading to him plant an allotment with vines in Surrey to produce sparkling white wine.
Moving over to distilling over 13 years ago Adam then went to work for Thames Distillers and Haymans, where he gained experience in making gin, vodka, rums and liqueurs. As a born Londoner he now has his dream job working for Beefeater Gin in the centre of the city where he has been managing a fantastic team of distillers for the past two years.
